Vibra-Stop outboard motor transom pad for use with outboard motors from 120 HP to 300 H.P. Video shows some of our small pads in action - suggest you watch in full screen mode.

Dimensions and fitting information:
Width.............. 4 1/8 inches (each pad, at widest part)
Length............. 15 inches
Thickness........ 5/8 inch
Note: Check distance on center between top mounting bolts on your motor - it must be at least 6 1/2 inches to install these pads, it can be wider but not narrower. These pads must be installed with Anodized Aluminum Keys when used with motors larger than 130HP

Backing Pad Installation Guide:
* Backing pads are designed so that the sharp edge of the pads sit against the transom of the boat, the radius edge is on the motor side.
* Recommended torque setting is between 28-34 ft/lbs - this should be rechecked every 100 hours. Ideal torque is 30 ft/lbs. Do not over tighten your mounting bolts!
* Anodized aluminum key sets must be fitted for engines over 130 HP with slots for the bottom mounting bolts rather than holes.
* It is important to use either nyloc or double lock nuts to secure the engine mounting bolts, spring or lock washers are not suitable for the Vibra-Stop system to secure the engine mounting bolts.
